Ageing exercise day one

Asanas to improve flexibility
We consider ageing a natural process but the diseases that attack us as we get older are most unnatural. The science of yoga claims that man ages only because with time, his mind gets rigid and constricted. Following this, the body shrinks, the joints get stuck and diseases attack you.

However, a more flexible, relaxed body is less prone to illness. And a calm mind, free of all thoughts, keeps the immune system strong and stable. Take this journey of yoga towards a lighter, more relaxed and healthier you.
