Obliques - day two

Asanas that will help reduce inches around the waist

Today we continue working on the oblique muscles. Today's asanas tone the oblique muscles and will help you trim those unwanted inches.

Exercise 1


Exercise 1

• Lie down on your side with your body in a straight line. Raise your upper body and support it with the arm. Place the other arm in front, as shown with both the palms on the floor
• Exhale and raise the upper leg. Inhale and lower the leg
• Repeat this 10-20 times
• Now repeat with the other side.

Exercise 2


Exercise 2

• Lie down on your side. Raise your upper body and support it with your arm. Support your head using the other hand
• Exhale and raise the upper leg towards the elbow, as shown. Inhale and lower the leg
• Repeat this 10-20 times
• Repeat with the other side.

Exercise 3


Exercise 3

• Lie on your side with your bottom arm placed in front. Make a fist out of that palm
• Exhale and raise your hips and body off the floor, as shown, keeping body in a straight line
• Repeat this 10-20 times
• Repeat with the other side.
