Bulky sides - day two
Asanas that help get rid of bulky sides
Today, we continue working on your 'love handles'. The following asanas tone the sides, causing weight as well as inch loss. They stretch the waist, the back, especially the sides of your back and shoulders. They also massage the internal organs of the abdominal area, and stretch the hamstrings and calf muscles.
Caution: People with high blood pressure, vertigo and severe back conditions should not try these postures.
Exercise 1

EXERCISE 1
• Stand with your legs wide apart and one foot pointing out
• Bend the opposite elbow and place your fingers in your armpit
• Bend your body to your side, sliding the other hand down the leg up to the ankle
• Hold the posture for 10-30 seconds
• Repeat with the other side.
Exercise 2

EXERCISE 2
• Stand with legs apart and arms raised over the head
• Grip the right wrist with your left hand
• Exhale and bend your waist to your left
• Hold the position for 10-30 seconds
• Inhale and return to the starting position
• Repeat with the other side.
Exercise 3

EXERCISE 3
• Standing next to a wall, lift one leg sideways and place it on the wall, as shown
• Interlock both hands behind your head
• Exhale and take your left elbow down to your left knee
• Hold the position for 10-30 seconds
• Inhale and return to the starting position
• Repeat with the other side.
Exercise 4

EXERCISE 4
• Stand with your legs apart and arms raised over the head
• Grip both elbows with your hands, as shown
• Exhale and bend to one side from the waist
• Hold the position for 10-30 seconds
• Inhale and return to the starting position
• Repeat with the other side.
