Fatigue - day six
->
Exercises for internal organs
Fatigue always brings with it sluggish internal organs as the whole system is operating on minimum levels of energy. If your digestion is sluggish so will be your mental state of mind. The following exercises work on your internal organs below your rib cage to massage them and bring them to their original condition.
Caution: People with severe back conditions should avoid doing these postures or do them gently and with great care.

• Sit with your back straight, your legs stretched out. Bend the right knee
• Place the right palm slightly behind the level of the hips
• Bring the left hand to the outer side of the right leg and place it beside the right ankle. Look over your shoulder
• Hold for 10-30 seconds, breathing normally
• Repeat with the other side.
