Sinus - day three
Exercises for relaxation in order to reduce stress
Most diseases somewhere root from excessive stress, which is a modern affliction faced by most human beings. These relaxation exercises should be practiced to fight this deadly modern disease called stress, which contributes to sinus attacks.
Exercise 1

Exercise 1
• Lie flat on your back, the head and body in a straight line, the legs a little apart, the arms by your side a little away from the body, palms facing up, fingers relaxed
• Close your eyes relax the body and focus on your breathing
• Let your breathing become slower, deeper and more rhythmic
• Each time you exhale, let the whole body relax
• Do it for two to five minutes.
Exercise 2

Exercise 2
• Lie flat on your stomach with the legs wide apart
• Bend one arm and place it under your forehead
• Fold the other arm and place it over the bent arm
• Rest the forehead on folded arms
• Close your eyes relax the body and focus on your breathing
• Do it for two to five minutes.
Exercise 3

Exercise 3
• Lie flat on your stomach, your head to one side
• Bend arms at the elbow, the palm facing down — level with the face, the shoulders relaxed
• Bend one leg at the hip and gently draw the knee up into a comfortable position as shown
• Close your eyes breathe normally and relax the body
• Do it for two to five minutes.
