Sinus - day seven


Chants to change your vibration and reduce stress

Chanting is yet another way of changing the vibration level of the body so that stress and disease cannot harm the body. Chanting the ‘Om’ has been traditionally used in India as a meditation technique. Practicing these simple chants increase your vibration level which naturally repels all diseases including sinus.

Exercise 1


Exercise 1

• Sit with left leg stretched out
• Bend right leg and place foot between the left thigh and calf muscles
• Bend left leg and place the left foot underneath right thigh
• Press right thigh to ground
• Place your hands on your knees, your palms up, place the tip of your forefinger on the centre of your thumb
• Keep the back straight and breathe normally.

Exercise 2


Exercise 2

• Sit as in exercise one, eyes closed, body relaxed
• Inhale. As you exhale, chant 'Om' emphasising the 'M' sound for as long as you can draw the breath out. Listen to the sound vibration of 'Om' in the body as you chant.

Exercise 3


Exercise 3

• Sit as in exercise one, eyes closed, body relaxed.
• Inhale. As you exhale recite/chant the alphabet 'E' for as long as you can draw the breath out. Listen to the sound vibration in the body as you chant.
