Skin care - day one
->
Asanas for skin care
The first thing you notice about a man or woman is the texture of their skin. Good skin generally implies good health. A smooth and glowing skin which is neither too oily nor too dry reflects the health of a person and a smooth functioning of the internal organs such as digestion, circulation and cardio-vascular fitness. These breathing techniques are all about achieving balance internally so that the effects are seen externally on your skin.
Caution: Those with high blood pressure or heart problems should not hold their breath.
