Breathing exercises that will improve the level of oxygen in your body
Pranayamas like Anuloma Viloma and Kapalbhatti are one of the finest techniques in yoga to remove stress immediately. Both concentrate on the aspect of deep exhalations which is also a natural method of dealing with stress. Yogis describe it as Kapal + Bhatti which mean head + luster. All the impurities of the head and of the mind can be removed by the practice of Kapalbhatti. Viloma helps in improving the level of oxygen inside the human body and improves blood circulation. This helps to deal with stress very effectively.
Exercise 1

ANULOMA VILOMA
• Bend the fingers as shown
• Close the right nostril with the thumb and place the ring finger on the centre of the forehead
• Breathe in through the left nostril to the count of five
• Close both nostrils as shown and hold the breath to the count of 10
• Place the thumb on the centre of the forehead and breathe out through the right nostril to the count of 10
• Breathe back in through the right nostril to the count of five
• Close both nostrils and hold breath to count of 10
• Place ring finger on centre of forehead and breathe out through the left nostril.
Exercise 2

KAPALBHATTI
• Place both hands on the knees with the tips of the thumb and index finger touching
• Breathe in deeply then exhale forcibly and rapidly through both nostrils to the count of 20-30
• Breathe in deeply through both nostrils, lock the chin into the chest, hold for a count of 10, release and breathe out.
